All pack members, Bella & Jessie, are in their second home. 

• Bella is almost 10. She came from an animal shelter at age 1, from Howell, Michigan. She hangs out with the small dogs or older dogs. Depending who's here, a good run is always on the agenda.

• Jessie is almost 5. He came from a home down state, best boy was 8 months old. He loves to play and chase a ball with the young, high energy dogs.

 

1 Dog 2 Dog Boarding Kennel came about through my sweet, best buddy Logan. My sister gave me Logan, a 8-week old Golden Retriever, as a birthday gift, best birthday gift ever! We were best buds to each other and I was so fortunate to have him in my life for 12 1/2 years. The last year of his life he had heart problems, he had a great vet, but after several bad bouts he passed. The last year we were home base, left once for an art fair, my sister came and stayed with Logan (Bella too). That was it, very home base.  Petting and tummy rubbing were very popular. Logan was always game for a treat or two and a walk, the most special boy!

I realized the need for a more personal pet care situation, a one to one care situation. The care of dogs that might need a little extra along the way and the pups/dogs that just want to chase a ball, play with another dog or two. A dog that sits by your feet, leans up against you or just tracks what is going on in the yard. I continually work on getting to know your dog. Safety and health are the priorities, fun just happens.
